WoW Leveling Guide: The Fastest Way To Level In WoW

When you're leveling a character in World of Warcraft, there are some tips and tricks that you can use to ensure that you're leveling fast and efficiently.

OK, here's what you should know about leveling. These tips apply for any class and for Horde or Alliance 1-80 and beyond:

1. Do quests that reward you with xp and rewards

From your starting area onwards, there are a heap of possible quests that you can do. But which one? Some have little reward in terms of gear that drop from the mobs, and some have little xp. It;s virtually impossible to know yourself. This is why an in game guide is the best way to do this. An in game guide leads you to quests that do reward you in xp and gear that you'll need to level. Also you save time by the fact that you can follow the Waypoint arrow instead of trying to navigate to a coordinates!

2. Talent spec your character

After your tenth level, you will have talent points to place in the trees of your choice. You can find several good talent point build suggestions on major sites like wowhead and wowwiki. But look at your own situation and see which spells you use the most for leveling. Get those ones improved. And look not only at the main tree that supports this, look at the other trees too as they can improve health and survival so are useful too. Place over 50 in one tree and the rest in another.

3. Gear spec for leveling

What is gear spec? When you spec a character, it's a combination of gear, talents and glyphs and more. With gear, you need to know what to choose to improve your leveling. The gear that drops have attributes. You will need to choose gear attributes that help your character's major attack spells the most. For example, a warlock needs spell dps whereas a druid cat needs melee dps. So depending on what you need, you will choose your gear to help with these abilities.

There's more to know, but here's some more for you:

1. You can level as a solo or as a duo.

Yes, you can solo or level with a friend. If soloing, then dps is important to improve with gear and talents. But if you're leveling as a duo, then you can be a healer while the other is a tank and dps. As a healer, you can practice and spec yourself for this role from the start. It depends on what you'd like to do. If you change your mind, you can re-spec for 1 gold later on.

2. Spell rotation.

As you level, you will be able to train with your trainer to learn new spells and abilities. As you learn them, get to know what they are by using them on your task bar. If you order your spells and abilities strategically, you can improve your damage per second by a long way. When you get into dungeons and instances, you will be effective, especially in the heroic versions! And yes, you will know that you're a good team player.

3. Get enough gold

Gold is not only to get cool stuff, they are also needed to get mounts and training and more, as you level. So make sure that you have plenty of bag space to loot mobs, gather herbs or minerals and when you hit the levels where you can get mounts, you have the gold for it. It's also helpful to learn how to generate gold in a variety of ways so that you always have the gold that you need.
